Privacy Policy

I collect your personal information to provide efficient therapy services to you and to assist in service development. In addition to the personal information, I make brief, anonymised session notes following sessions, along with occasional anonymised monitoring information to keep track of progress. You can request access, erasure or amendments to this information at any time and your request will be processed at the earliest opportunity. This information will be held in in password protected and encrypted electronic format for 5 years after your last contact with me, in line with insurance requirements and GDPR. Any email or text messages will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required and not kept for longer than 5 years after your final appointment. No information will be shared without your prior consent; the exception being in any instance where I believe that not sharing the information would result in the risk of harm to yourself or another person, or if there is a legal requirement.
